ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I am aware that ice skating and related activities involve certain inherent risks, dangers and hazards which can result in serious personal injury or death. I hereby freely agree to assume and accept any unknown risks of injury while participating in Ice Skating and/or related activities at THE RINK including use of equipment provided to me.RELEASE AND WAIVER OF CLAIMS AGREEMENTS: For allowing me to participate in Public Skating and related ice events and activities. TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have or may in the future against the Rink, I agree to the fullest extent permitted by law. Assumption of all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense that I may suffer or incur, or that my next of kin may suffer or incur, as a result of my use of the Rink or equipment.

ONLINE TICKETS TO BE USED AT SKATING UNDER THE STARS AT THE IRVINE SPECTRUM CENTER ICE RINK. TICKETS ARE GOOD ON DATE AND SESSION SPECIFIED. NO REFUNDS, EXCEPT IN THE EVENT SESSION IS CANCELED DUE TO WEATHER OR ANY UNFORESEEABLE EVENT OR AT THE DISCRETION OF SKATING UNDER THE STARS AOSC Staff. ICE SKATING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK, ALWAYS STAY IN CONTROL AND FOLLOW DIRECTIONS FROM OUR STAFF.

Return Policy

If your event is cancelled, we will refund the amount you paid for your tickets (minus order processing, service and delivery fees) using the same payment method used for purchase. If your event is postponed, we will contact you with the new date and time. All Event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder for any reason at their discretion. Venue and Talent are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund. Anything promised by the promoter that is unfulfilled is not guaranteed by the seller and is not grounds for a refund.
